Scott's Hill Farm ("SHF", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to maintaining a respectful and safe environment for our customers, staff, and community.

This Community Conduct Policy establishes expectations for individuals interacting with Scott's Hill Farm through:

• our website
• customer communications
• order fulfillment interactions
• property visits
• farm pickup or delivery services

All individuals interacting with Scott's Hill Farm are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.

1. Respectful Behavior

Customers and visitors must treat Scott's Hill Farm staff, owners, and other customers with respect.

Acceptable behavior includes:

• courteous communication
• patience during busy periods
• respectful interactions with staff and other customers

4. Farm Property Conduct

Customers visiting Scott's Hill Farm property must behave responsibly and safely.

Visitors must:

• remain in authorized areas
• follow staff instructions
• respect livestock and farm property
• avoid interfering with farm operations

Visitors may not:

• enter restricted areas
• interact with livestock without permission
• interfere with farm equipment
• damage or remove property

Scott's Hill Farm reserves the right to remove individuals from the property if necessary.

5. Safety and Liability

Farms involve inherent risks including:

Visitors assume responsibility for their own safety when visiting farm property.

6. Communication Expectations

Customers communicating with Scott's Hill Farm via phone, SMS, email, or website forms must remain respectful.

Unacceptable communication includes:

• harassment
• repeated abusive messages
• profanity directed at staff
• attempts to intimidate or threaten

Scott's Hill Farm may terminate communications with individuals who engage in abusive conduct.

7. Refusal of Service
