This Refund & Returns Policy explains the rules governing refunds, cancellations, and returns for purchases made through Scott's Hill Farm ("SHF", "we", "our", or "us").

Returns for non-perishable merchandise may be accepted under the following conditions:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is inspected.
Custom orders or specially prepared items may include:
Once preparation or production has begun, custom or special orders are non-refundable.
Customers may cancel orders under the following conditions:
Orders cancelled more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Orders cancelled within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover preparation and operational costs.
Orders scheduled for pickup will be held for three (3) days after the scheduled pickup time.
If an order is not collected within this time period:
Scott's Hill Farm reserves the right to charge a no-show fee of up to $10 or the value of the order, whichever is lower, when customers fail to pick up confirmed orders.
This fee helps offset lost inventory and operational costs.
Scott's Hill Farm reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in circumstances including, but not limited to:
If Scott's Hill Farm cancels an order due to availability or operational issues, customers will receive a full refund.
If delivery services are used, customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Scott's Hill Farm is not responsible for issues caused by:

Customers are encouraged to contact Scott's Hill Farm directly before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
